At Locs Sunglasses, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your shades don't fit your style, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your sunglasses in their original hard case and box.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking number is scanned for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned eyewear within 5 business days of arrival and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
